Your First Project

1. Click Projects in the sidebar
2. Click + New project and fill in the intake form:
   • Project name — e.g. Shoreditch Mixed-Use
   • Type — Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, etc.
   • Brief — a sentence or two describing the project (can be expanded later)
   • Site address — optional but enables GIS auto-population
3. A Project ID is generated (e.g. RES-SMITHCO-2026-001) — this links all your work across tools
4. The project enters Stage 1: Ideation

The Project ID is the key that connects everything. Set it in the Chat page (top-right field) and every AI response, algorithm run, and document you ingest is automatically associated with the project.

Typical first session

1. Open Chat — tell the AI about the project brief. It will ask follow-up questions.
2. Switch to Canvas — sketch a rough bubble diagram or site plan.
3. Come back to Projects — the brief and any snapshots you've saved will be waiting.
